Remote Desktop Assistance Below are the steps to installing and activating the remote desktop support application on your PC/MAC. Step 1: Download the application from HERE.
Select the appropriate file type for you Operating System.
Step 2: Run the application.
This process will also install Bonjour Printing Services if you do not have it installed.
Step 3: Follow steps during setup.
Registration Screen: Use your name and your email address. Account Creation: This information will be given from our Technical Support Personnel. Next step is the Video Hook Drive. Click OK on it.
Installation is Complete.
Step 4: Find the RDM+ Icon in the System Tray.
Step 5: Provide the Technical Support Personnel with your RDM+ computer number.
When the Technical Support Session is complete, be sure to disable the account. This will disable our Technical Support Staff from accessing your computer. If our assistance is required in the future, all you have to do is enable the account and give us a call.
